Qualifications
Be at least 18 years old
Have a high school diploma or GED
Have reliable transportation
Pass a comprehensive set of background screenings
Be able to pass competency exams and checklists
Be CPR Certified - Covered by Aspire Home Care
We can provide training at no cost
Be able to work independently and with minimal direct supervision
Be able to provide proof of a 2 step TB test
Be able to lift and push up to 40lbs
